What is your refund policy?

You will get a prescription you love or your money back, guaranteed. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with how you see using your glasses or contacts purchased with your Opternative prescription, let us know, and we will make it right or issue a full refund. Refund requests must be made within 30 days of receiving your prescription, along with proof that you’ve purchased eyewear with your Opternative prescription. If our doctors are unable to provide you with a prescription after you have paid, we will refund your money. Note, refunds are only for the Opternative prescription service.
